National Sailing Hall of Fame
Public Hearing was held on Monday, March 24
Resolutions that were discussed in the Public Hearing before the City Council:
R-11-08 - National Sailing Hall of Fame - For the purpose of affirming the City Council's support for locating the National Sailing Hall of Fame at a site within or near the City of Annapolis; strongly advocating that the National Sailing Hall of Fame not be located on land which adjoins City Dock and which is leased from the State of Maryland; and requesting that if there is such a lease that the lease require the National Sailing Hall of Fame to comply with all of the laws of Annapolis.
R-17-08 - National Sailing Hall of Fame - For the purpose of the City Council affirming its support for locating the National Sailing Hall of Fame on City Dock in the City of Annapolis.
The EBA Board has voted for Resolution R-17-08 (8 in favor, 1 abstention), supporting City Dock as the site of the proposed National Sailing Hall of Fame.

EBA Business Fair at ECA Meeting
Thursday, May 15
Eastport Elementary School, 6:30 p.m.
The Eastport Civic Association has invited EBA members to set up a business fair at its next meeting on May 15, at Eastport Elementary School.
The business fair will begin at 6:30 p.m., and ECA will advertise it to Eastport residents as a coffee/local business display. It will be followed by the regular ECA meeting at 7:30 p.m. EBA members are welcome to stay for the meeting as well.
